IN-STORE Returns Policy

Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Copper Penny Savannah or Hilton Head. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

ONLINE Returns Policy

We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 14

days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction.  SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.

As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Order History" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $10, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. 

Orders are typically packed and shipped by the following business day. 

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
